Sapien Monitor Arms

Adjustable arm: Counterbalance the weight of the monitor for smooth movement when functioning the monitor arm.

Swivel lock. Lock swivel so it will prevent rotating past 180 degrees. This prevents the arm from hitting walls/ partitions.

Removable face plate – For easy installation and removal of monitor if required.

Usb 3.0 port – Connect devices through port to transfer or charge devices.

Installation – the Sapien monitor arm can be installed through the desk or clamped to the desk.

LEAD TIME:

We keep stock of our most popular lines, which you will see displayed on the product selection page. If the desk top you want is showing out of stock, don’t panic! All of our desk tops are exclusively hand crafted in the UK so, if we do not hold stock of the desk you want, there will be a 4-6 week lead time to custom make your order. Our team will contact you to arrange the final delivery / It’s as simple as choosing a convenient time slot at check out.

We endeavour to hold stock of the majority of product options available on our product page. However in the case of desk tops, where stock is not available, delivery can take up to 6 weeks as our products are custom made in the UK.

For your convenience, once your complete order is ready to despatch, our Customer Service team will be in touch to schedule the delivery for a convenient date (Mon – Fri)

DELIVERY:

Who: We generally use courier deliveries for smaller orders eg: accessories or single desk tops
Time: Courier deliveries normally are on a next day service if the order is placed before 12:00
Delivery: The courier will drop the delivery at the door and it will require a signature as standard. We typically use DPD or Parcelforce for the majority of our deliveries. You can check on their website the guidance around contact-free deliveries.

Orders placed before mid day (12.00) Monday to Friday will be despatched on a next day service. Orders placed after this cut off will be despatched on the next working day.

Tracking will be forwarded to the email address supplied on your order and should be received on the day of ordering where stock is available. If you do not receive this, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item for any reason, please contact a member of our team first to discuss how we can best help you. Our friendly team will be able to organise a collection from the address of your choice. They will need confirmation of the collection address, phone number & date to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible. Our courier will contact you directly to organise the exact details.
